Chateau le Sens is owned by Francis and Francine Courrege who take great care and pride in producing top quality Bordeaux wines. Their Bordeaux rouge has a rich ruby red colour and concentrated fruit taste combining to produce a very approachable claret.

18 Chateâuneuf du Pape Rouge A.C.Domaine Chanssaud
This Domaine owned and run by Patrick Jaume who is producing top quality Chateâuneuf as it should be. Big powerful wine with a firmness of complex fruit mingled with hints of spice, liquorice and blackberries and deep red colour.

19 Nuits St Georges Premier Cru Les Chabeufs
Probably the most famous wine from Burgundy's Cote D'or. Produced from the Pinot Noir grape, and exhibits a rich cherry red colour with typical Pinot Noir bouquet. It has a rich taste of berry fruits and hints of spice and vanilla.

20 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Rosso D.O.C.

A rich and robust wine, dark plum in colour with layers and layers of ripe berries, and spices and cherry aromas from the rugged hilly vineyards of the Abruzzo region.

Australia

21 Palandri Solora Shiraz
Produced on the Palandri Estate in Western Australia this Shiraz has rich dark plum flavours with hints of white pepper and ripe berry flavours. These full, rich and intense flavours are underpinned by gentle oak and soft tannin integration.

Produced on the Palandri Estate this is a beautiful, rich-flavoured, smooth-finished Merlot. The wine has been matured in small oak barrels for 12 months for extra flavour and complexity .

23 Torres Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon
Produced by Miguel Torres in the Curico district of Chile, 200 km south of Santiago. This wine has a deep cherry colour, and varietal aromas typical of the great Pacific Cabernet Sauvignon's, on the palate it is full bodied with soft tannins .

24 Cousina Macul Antiguas Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
From one of Chiles oldest established wineries comes this elegant wine which is aged in French oak for 12 months. Hints of spice cherries and blackcurrants integrate with subtle oak overtones.
